Introduction: (Continuation of Rainbow Journey – Teaser Scene) - Secret Garden Scene:

"Go Softly" or "Don't Go Alone" by Tee Cee - Softy Film Music

"Follow My Rainbow" by Bree Noble

Prince Pauper is locked in the Secret Garden drunk as a skunk from too much merry berries after Princess Alicia turns down his marriage proposal after 20 years of courting her under his spell. Prince Pauper regains his consciousness with a wicked hangover. The scented flowers, whistling birds and the beauty of the garden, overwhelms his senses. He then goes hostile and mad and becomes hysterical.

He continues to panic when the flowers start surrounding him. There is a jasmine vine that becomes alive and wraps themselves around his ankles and wrists to restrain him (That is what he thinks but the flowers are actually friendly plants hugging him and comforting him) so he fights them.

[The scene ends with him struggling to release himself.]

Part One: (20 years earlier) - The Escape of Elizabeth and Harry:

"Magic Man" by Jerry Allen

We start with the prelude to “Rainbow Journey” story as two children, Elizabeth and Harry, the parents of Mary and Thomas, go through the magic looking glass, into the future, escaping the spell of Prince Pauper and receiving the sun crystal from Prince Goblet. Elizabeth takes the sun crystal prism from Prince Goblet and puts it around her neck. Prince Goblet warns Elizabeth not to take off the sun crystal prism from her neck for anyone except King Sol.

Prince Pauper disguised as an Evil Wizard:

Prince Pauper goes through the looking glass, after Elizabeth and Harry, changing himself as a evil wizard with a cone shaped hat, looking much like his father, King Sol and bringing all kinds of plagues (frogs, rats, fire and ash) and famine to Goblet Island and then coming back over the rainbow disguised as King Sol deceiving the angel of the Rainbow.

Mary and Thomas Growing up:

We quickly visit the village of and Mary and Thomas as they grow up.  Elizabeth and Harry were blamed for the plagues and famine caused by the Prince Pauper disguised as the evil wizard.  They were eventually accused of witchcraft for not suffering the consequences of Prince Pauper as they protected themselves with the sun crystal prism reflecting back the evil rays from the evil wizard.

Elizabeth and Harry Tell the Story of Rainbow Land:

"Time Walk to Rainbow Land"
Words by Jenna Vescio
Music by Karen Davis
Arrangement by LohnRiver

Elizabeth and Harry tell the story of rainbow land and give the crystal to Mary because she was older than her brother knowing their fate.  “If anything happens to us go to rainbow land or give this to Queen Generosity or Prince Goblet.”  They cannot come back through the looking glass because it is a one-way mirror that goes only into the future.

Mary and Thomas Start Their Journey:

"Look at Me through the Rainbow"
Lyrics by Georgia Koumas
Arrangement by Victor Patron
Vocals by Karen Davis

First Mary and Thomas must go to Goblet Island, to be able to go to Rainbow Land, and Prince Goblet sees these children, starting their journey, through the magic looking glass and sends Gracie the parrot to be their guide.  Mary and Thomas’ parents were condemned to death and burnt at the stake as they were charged with Witchery.  The parrot sent by Prince Goblet (Gracie) speaks Pig Latin, Language of the orphans.

Mary and Thomas Are Tested:

"The Dodo Song" by Jenna Vescio

We see Mary and Thomas landing on Goblet Island greeted by a Dodo bird, King Sol in disguise, to test the children.  Mary and Thomas protect the Dodo from the hungry sailors and it changes to an old man in rags who joins the children in their journey to Rainbow Land.

Part Two: (Back to the beginning)
King Sol and Queen Alice – Sun Crystal and Celestial Star Crystal:

"Sunshine" by Karen Davis

There once was a King named Sol and Queen Alice who had three sons, (Zephyr), (Azza) and (Jester).  They all lived in Rainbow Land, the land of the three prisms, (the sun prism, the moon prism and the celestial star prism) which governed time and seasons.  The prisms existed from the beginning of creation.  King Sol wore a signet ring and the sun crystal prism around his neck and Queen Alice wore the celestial star crystal prism.  Rainbow Land was amagical land of angels and fairies.  The angels protected the moon prism in the secret garden for a special event.

The Death of Zephyr and Azza:

The eldest son Zephyr, heir to the throne, married Princess Generosity who was from the same villageas Queen Alice.

The eldest son died [when he received the sun crystal from his father] because he was evil so she married the second son, Azza, to bring up an heir for his brother.  He married Princess Genarosity but didn't want a child as an heir of his brother so [when he received the sun crystal from his* father] he died.

Lester the Jester - the Magic Man:

King Sol promised his third son, Jester, to Princess Genarosity when he became of age and asked her to stay at the castle until that time.  The third son came of age but Sol delayed his promise to Princess Genarosity and kept the sun crystal around his neck.  Jester was talented in the Sciences and invented many wondrous things so they called him the Magic man.

Discovery of Merry Berries:

King Sol liked grapes and had them placed in a large jar and stored in a storage closet.  After time the grapes fermented and the King thought it had become poisonous so he had the jars labeled poison.  One day Queen Alice after being given medication of quicksilver by the Magic man for her depression started suffering severe side effects.  Unknowingly the medication gave her exceedingly severe headaches and delusions to the point of madness.  Discovering the jars of poison in the storage closet, she poured a goodly portion to end her suffering.  She awoke the next day still living and unusually free from her pain.  She called it merry berries.  She commissioned the silversmith to make Royal goblets for this magic elixir.

Queen Alice Opens the Castle to the Orphans:

"Queen Generosity" by Denise Jerrido

Queen Alice being so grateful of her newfound health opened the doors of the Castle to the orphans and homeless.  She was an avid cook and discovered that the magic elixir was also a good preservative when it became sour.  She started pickling everything in her garden.

The Magic Man, the Magic Looking Glass and the Rainbow Maker:

The Magic man was happy to see the Queen so happy.  He joined in and entertained the children with his magic.  He was a much-learned man.  *He made the first looking glass with a tin amalgam of quicksilver.  It had magical powers.  Jester understood the powers of theSun Prism, Moon Prism, and the celestialstar prism.  So much so that he made himself a Rainbow maker crystal prism to wear around his neck and created wonderful rainbows for the orphans.

Part Three: (The conception and birth of the twin Princes)

After time and the slow poisoning by the quicksilver, Queen Alice died.  King Sol after months of mourning sought comfort in the Secret garden.  Princess Generosity hearing this decided to dress as a lady of the night with a veil to cover her face and waited for the King to arrive.  King Sol seeing her at the gate requested hercompany.  She asked what he would give for her companionship.

He offered her a white unicorn.  She agreed on the condition that he gives her something as collateral.  She agreed on accepting his signet ring, which opened the gate of the Secret Garden, and his cane with a lion’s head.

It got word to the King that his daughter in-law was seen with a man in the Secret Garden and that she was pregnant.  The King summoned Princess Genarosity and asked her if this was true.  For the penalty was to be exiled from Rainbow Land.  Princess Genarosity asked if the King recognized the staff and signet ring.  The King proclaimed that Princess Genarosity was more righteous than he because she was promised the King's son but it was never honored.  Therefore the King gave her pardon and the celestial prism and she became Queen of Rainbow Land but never slept with the King again.

The Birth of the Twins, Prince Pauper and Prince Goblet – Star Crystal:

She gave birth to twins.  While she was giving birth, a hand came out first so the midwife tied a scarlet thread around the wrist to designate, which one came out first but the hand was pulled back in abruptly.  And the child without the scarlet thread was first to be delivered.  His name was Prince Goblet and the other Prince Pauper with the scarlet thread around his left wrist.  Even from birth there was contention between the brothers.

The Angels Create Princess Alicia – Moon Crystal:

Prince Goblet was given heir to the throne and Prince Pauper waited for his opportunity.  The fairies and angels rejoiced and decided to find a princess for Prince Goblet.  Seven years went by and the fairies and angels gathered moon dust and sprinkled it on a lotus lily and the flower opened at midnight with a young girl dressed up like a little princess.  They called her Alicia after Queen Alice.  The angels placed the moon prism, which they protected for this special day, around the neck of Princess Alicia.  She enjoyed the evenings and moonlight and playing in the secret garden.  King Sol placed the sun prism around the neck of Prince Goblet and it started glowing.  Prince Goblet and Princess Alicia were inseparable and that made Prince Pauper even more jealous of his brother.
