A mom sings to her children about the hidden world of angels as a prelude to the story. The Castle and The Puppet Show are performed by a traveling minstrel puppet show with dance, singing and comedy telling a synopsis of the story with children laughing. Mary and Thomas join in on the fun not realizing that they will soon experience the same trials on their Journey.
