| A mom sings to her children about the hidden world of angels as a prelude to the story. The Castle and The Puppet Show are performed by a traveling minstrel puppet show with dance, singing and comedy telling a synopsis of the story with children laughing. Mary and Thomas join in on the fun not realizing that they will soon experience the same trials on their Journey. | ||

| The Journey begins with the children at sea near shore. | ||

| The children land on shore and meet an old man sitting on a log and tell their story. | ||

| The children meet the Magic Man performing to a cheering audience. | ||

| The Mean Prince becomes aware of the children and sings his song. | ||

| The children and old man are separated from the Magic Man and enter the dark forest. | ||

| They decide to lock up Prince Pauper and discover the map to the secret garden. Alicia shows where the secret door is located to the secret garden. | ||

| The children bring Prince Pauper into the secret garden and discover the wedding goblets. Prince Goblet sings "a new day" while looking in the mirror and sees his marriage to the Princess. He then sees an "old man" on the seashore dressed in royal clothing holding a golden goblet. The end. | ||
